How long will it take for me to see results?

Your results will vary dependent on what you want to achieve and your starting point but doing everything right from the start is the fastest way you will be able to achieve your goals!

How exactly do you help me?

We dislike coaches who promote temporary results. They sell you programs that don’t align with your goals and basically tell you “Here’s your program & meal plan, good luck”. Inside Dynamis we strive to give everyone a custom training regiment based on your long term goals. We give you everything you need from nutrition, the mindset needed to overcome roadblocks, how to build sustainable long term habits in the gym, training regiments, and a whole lot more. We truly give you exactly what you need to finally start seeing the results you’ve always wanted.

How long is the program?

You can stay with us for how long you want! After the 15 weeks the price goes down to a cheaper rate to help if you want to go through a longer build phase etc 🙂

Are you guys in person?

Our program is completely online. We are all about building independance in you so you don’t need to be held accountable to go to the gym.

How do I know you guys are better than my last coach?

Our goal is to be your last coach you ever need. We will actually coach, listen and teach you how to see results and build independence. We won’t just give you a cookie cutter program and a meal plan and say “go follow this good luck”. We will coach into becoming the person you have always wanted.

What if I have a tight schedule & can’t do 15 weeks?

If you go on holidays or anything like and need to pause we are very flexible as we totally understand life does get in the way sometimes!

How much does the program cost?

Do you have to go to a gym or do you provide home workouts also?

Our programming is completely custom to what you have available. We work with many people who have home gyms, work FIFO with limited equipment or just simply body weight. We write the program to suit what you have and still be able to reach your goals!
